Collection Method of Personal Data and Legal Reason

Your personal data, by Eleks; It is obtained through automatic and non-automatic means within the scope of your business relationship with ELEKS.

If your personal data is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, based on national and international regulations, especially the Constitution, and in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law, it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, to be made public by the person concerned, and Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person, it will be processed on the grounds that data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

Rights of the Relevant Person (Data Owner) Stipulated in Article 11 of the Law

As a personal data owner, we declare that you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
• If their personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom their personal data are transferred,
• Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and within this scope and in case of incomplete or incorrect processing of your personal data, to notify the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your applications for your rights listed above to  our company by using the methods specified by the Personal Data Protection Authority or   by filling out the RELATED PERSON APPLICATION FORM, which you can access at www.eleksyangin.com . Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; However, if the process requires additional costs, you may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
